Matthew Raimondi

Matthew is the Managing Partner and Chief Investment Officer of Stonelight Capital, where he leads strategy and portfolio development across a diverse set of growth-oriented investments.
Earlier in his career, Matthew played a pivotal role at Cobepa SA, where he was instrumental in establishing the firm’s U.S. presence and guiding investments from its $5B evergreen fund. His professional experience also includes key roles at Audax Group and The Parthenon Group, where he developed deep expertise in driving business growth, strategy, and long-term value creation.
A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, Matthew is also deeply engaged in civic leadership, serving as Chairman of Wilton, CT’s Board of Finance.

A graduate of The Wharton School of Business and an award-winning entrepreneur, Marnelli is regarded for her expertise in brand elevation, digital strategy, and market expansion within the luxury space.
